- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I got great results from Dr. Palmer for the lowest price I could find in the area. He seemed very much a perfectionist and a “face scientist”. The procedure I had is called Thermitight, I think. It’s a skin tightening procedure where the doc inserts a little probe/needle that emits radio frequency energy just under the skin.
