  I personally had high expectations for this center given all its hype on the web page and aesthetic sophistication. However, I was very disappointed with the visit and care I received while attending this particular facility. First off, the admin clerk at the front desk was indifferent-almost robotic like, then the nurse who escorted us to the back and asked the initial new patient questions was less than hostile but more than unpleasant-so much so that she made my four year old uncomfortable. The doctors visit felt more like an interrogation than a wellness visit. I don't feel that all of my needs were met or that any of my questions were answered. The worst part about the visit was taking my boys for their shots. The nurse administering the shots was also unpleasant and became more than hostile when she made a mistake while trying to inject my son with his flu shot almost breaking the needle and puncturing his hand with it. I would not recommend this medical center to ANYONE.

  This place is ok but unprofessional you have someone call using your name and they want to dismiss you and when I call they have notes in the system I asked to hear the recorded call they say they don't record calls so how can u dismiss someone from the office
