- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Lucky I scheduled this appointment on my day off but still not so lucky. I too waited for over an hour to see Dr. Gray with no explanation as to why. Just because you call me back and take vitals 30 minutes after my appointment time you're not off the hook. 30+ minutes after that and still no doctor, I punched out too. Pratt's practice is that if you're 10-15 minutes late, you're a no show. So what does that make you Pratt staff? The only reason I didn't stay and have someone's ass was I did have better things to do and believe me, it didn't involve sitting in a doctor's office for over an hour. Get adequate coverage to support your patient population or fold up your tent and leave. The fact that you don't even bother to tell patients why they're waiting so long, thinking that they'll just sit and take it says enough about your practice.
