  Dr. Marshall and his staff are wonderful with our handicapped daughter. They have been very gentle, not forcing her and accommodating as much as possible. Taking her to the dentist isn't so stressful anymore!

  Doctor Marshall's practice should be used as the model for all other doctor offices. When you walk in the door, they know your name. I have never had to wait more than a minute to start my appointment. The staff makes you feel very important to them, like you are their only patient. The customer service is out of this world. Dr. Marshall is experienced and very knowledgeable. He takes time to actually speak to you without rushing. Once, I got a dry socket after having my wisdom teeth pulled on a weekend. It was very painful. Dr. Marshall didn't make me wait though. He actually opened his office and had me come in for a special appointment on Saturday morning just to take care of me. The office is always very clean and the equipment is all current. They even have a 3D printer to make a crown right in the office! They have thought of everything. Even the phone number is convenient 540-373-CARE. I have referred my whole family and several friends and they have all been equally impressed.
