  They have a $25 broken appointment fee and although I don't care for that policy, I get it. However, if you are going to charge a fee for missed appointments there should be an adequate reminder procedure in place. They said they waive the first missed appointment fee but refused to do that for me. When it boils down to it the problem isn't the fee at all but how the situation was handled and how extremely rude I was spoken to. I made my appointment 6 months in advance and had no reminders for the appointment until the morning of, about an hour before the appointment. The lady I spoke with asked if I could come in later that day. I was unable to, so we rescheduled for the following week. Not once did she mention this fee. I received a bill in the mail and called to discuss the situation with someone. The ladies I spoke with were rude and had zero customer service skills as well no business sense whatsoever. It's a shame because I did like the dentist but my family of five will be taking our business elsewhere. There are too many options for dentists to deal with rude people unwilling to help in such a simple situation.
