  Called on a Wednesday and said my dog was having cloudiness and sort of red tint in her eye. They said Tuesday 3:30 was their earliest. I made the appt, a day later it looked worse and still couldn't fit her in. I called the Banfield located in Central Park and they told me Vet was in surgey till 3:30 but that they would fit me in at 3:45. Apparently Central Park believes the eye is not something that can wait 6 days. My dog ended up having an ulcer in her eye that was infected. Yeah think about that, and they were going to make me wait. Plus the first time I went there, my dog has a thyroid issue and has yo be tested every so often. I had to call them to get the results. Also seemed rushed and somewhat uncaring. I will be going to the one in Central Park. It is clear even though they are the same brand of Vet office they do not have the same standards.

  I had to take my dog here for some stitches recently. Not only did they fit me in last minute (literally), but they didn't act inconvenienced at all. Dr. Reid was so very sweet and energetic, for a second my vet-clinic-phobic dog almost forgot where she was. She was very patient with my questions and helped me learn something (like maybe I can't manage everything myself) without being condescending or preachy. She also didn't push when I told her we couldn't take the pain killers because my dog doesn't handle them well. She's worked with greyhounds before too, which makes me feel good about bringing my whippet here. I will consider coming back here for an annual check up.

  I love Dr Reid and Emily, but all the doctors and techs here are wonderful. They treat my pets like they would their own pets. I have a cat with kidney failure, and they have gone above and beyond to help us deal with this. I've had all my pets on Banfield Wellness plans for over 13 years, and they are a great deal. I recommend them to anyone with a pet, and I highly recommend this particular location as well.
