  I've been using Access Eye for about 4 years now. They've treated me for a couple of eye conditions; and I go back for regular monitoring. I've used Dr. Coleman primarily but have had occasion to see Dr. Mansouri as well. Both are very nice, as well as professional. They treat me as a person (rather than a number); and they take the time to answer any questions I have without causing me to feel rushed in any way. I believe the doctors at Access Eye really care about their patients and take pleasure in their ability to help their patients. In addition to their great "bedside manner" I have complete confidence in their abilities as physicians. Dr. Coleman performed cataract surgery on me, which was completed with care and skill. He regularly follows up to assure continued good eye health. He also follows me for glaucoma; and I feel confident that I'm receiving the very best advice and treatment. I've also seen the optometrist for refractions and have been happy with with the doctor and service there. My glasses have always been accurate, with no need for additional adjustment. I also like the way they create bifocal lenses. There is a smooth transition from distant to close vision that is not visible on the lens itself. Where other companies create their lenses with a line separating the two, or they charge you extra to eliminate the line, the Opticians at Access automatically create lenses with a smooth transition. And as far as I can tell, the correction encompasses the entire lens, not just a small hourglass shaped area as others do (and charge more for a larger area). I must admit that their glasses are rather expensive, at least those I bought, which were not designer frames. I appreciate having better quality glasses but would be happy if they reduced their prices a bit. The technicians and office staff at Access are likewise professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have always been comfortable with asking questions. I did have a long wait during my last visit, but usually go back to the treatment area within 5 minutes. I recognize that sometimes there are emergencies that necessitate a wait so that someone else can be seen. I once needed to go in on an emergent basis and appreciated that the doctor made himself available. We all have busy schedules and don't like to wait but sometimes circumstances necessitate it so the doctors can treat someone who needs to be seen immediately.
